We are not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information. If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, refusal, failed delivery, or unpaid customs fees, we may offer reshipment at your expense or process a refund according to our Return & Refund Policy, excluding shipping fees and non-recoverable charges.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, certain items may be final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.
Returns, refunds, replacements, and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before placing an order.
Unless otherwise required by law or stated in our Return & Refund Policy, we may refuse returns or exchanges for:
• opened, used, washed, damaged, or altered intimate products;
• products without original packaging or accessories;
• items returned outside the eligible return window;
• final sale items;
• products damaged by misuse, improper cleaning, improper storage, or normal wear and tear.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at contacts@aurivlab.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
